Today, Bursa on the negative trajectory even US market ended in the positive note and futures on the positive sides. It goes opposite the US market and no one is excited about the rally yesterday. Could be our PMx too fancy about middle east tension and affected foreign and malaysian traders ! The recent assasination of Hamas and Hezbollah leaders will cause retailation and full blown all out of war soon. Could be this week Sat or coming weeks ! US election Kamala in a tight race for presidential and blamed for Indian descent support and the win of Republicans will send tech stocks on the spiral downwards like snow. With these, SNS will be historical low. As low as since its inception. Stay alert !

History may not repeat itself. Past and present may not be the same. The story of poor sentimens does not end here. China second largest economy registered slower growth. Companies like Apple, Volswagen and Burberry or luxury industries are affected greatly. Malaysia is one of the main exporter to China. With slower growth meaning lower export. Fitch downgraded the whole world due to this. Electronics in China also registered lower sales and some face bankruptcy. The Data Center takes at least 3 years as building are not yet contructed. So the supply of SNS will be to global and not so much locally and data business are not yet fully materialise in Malaysia ! Bankers and advisors are plunders and expect investor to put the monies and to play this dangerous game that could vanish together with the world.

If Trumph, the Republican becomes president it will be bad for Southeast Asia. Malaysia will not be spared. Trumph is very protective and protect the Americans. He raised tarriff to 40 % and may increase to 60% thus China and Asian goods will not enter America. To enjoy lower tax American company will need to come back to US land. Once before Apple being force to close in China and open in American land in order to lower taxation. China import goods from Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand & Indonesia and deliver the completed goods to US. With Trumph higher tarrif, goods from Asia will be block to enter US. Even Malaysia gloves last time shipments have been halted due to strict certification due to forced labour and many non-sence certification. So Trumph presidency is very bad for Asia. The reason is to force all the American companies abroad to come back to US. Even data center to cancel in Malaysia & Thailand and to what extend no one knows until he becomes the next president !

SNS is moving towards 0.73 and part of the stock reset. If sentiment improves in US today Fri, Mon may see some light but downplayed by the middle-east tension possible this weekend.
