A total of 20,452 applications for 1,594,106,300 IPO Shares were received from the
Malaysian Public for 20,000,000 IPO Shares made available for application by the
Malaysian Public, which represents a total oversubscription rate of 78.71 times.
10,000,000 IPO Shares have been set aside for allotment for the Bumiputera portion,
which represents 50% of the IPO Shares available for public subscription, while the
remaining 10,000,000 IPO Shares were allotted under the public portion.
For the Bumiputera portion, a total of 10,835 applications for 656,494,900 IPO Shares
were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 64.65 times. For the public
portion, a total of 9,617 applications for 937,611,400 IPO Shares were received, which
represents an oversubscription rate of 92.76 times.
