Inwest88 -

I think Ijacobs will surge on opening and thereafter pull back. Most stocks react that way when they re-open after being suspended. Better sell if it surges.

Re -Ideal. This stock practically rising every day and volume is not high. Definitely too high now at this point of time for entry. Would rather go Astino.

Hi bonus,
MPAY:
I have posted on this stock recently:
Aug 14, 2014 12:16 AM
Hi 1million & bracoli,
MPAY:
After hitting a high of $0.335 but closed lower at $0.315 due to heavy selling on 08/08, it had some pull back to $0.295 today. A doji with longer lower shadow is formed today indicates potential reversal signal but further price movement on the next 2 trading days is needed to be monitored to confirm any price reversal. If it scales up, it will find immediate resistance at $0.31 and $0.325 respectively. Breaking and closing above $0.325 with volume will indicate a potential bullish breakout (buy signal). Any further weakness due to more profit taking will find immediate resistance at $0.29 and $0.28. Do take note that there seems to be some accumulation taking place since the last 3 days.
Stop loss at $0.275 if violated.

Update (17/08):
Still under consolidation. The price has retraced further down due to further profit taking and currently supported at $0.28. Immediate support and resistance remains the same.

Happy Trading.

PJDEV-WC
Stage 2, bullish. Support level of 1.04 and 1.00. Resistance level of 1.08. If manage to broke resistance level of 1.08 it will head to an uncharted region. TP of 1.17 and 1.23. Stop-loss at 0.915.

Since global aluminium prices have been trending upwards from February it has sparked a rally to our local aluminium stocks too.The rally of big brothers in the aluminium stocks has stir interest in Arank last Friday. Closing at a new high with a nice candle, the price has potential to surge further with a new resistance of 0.715,0.755 and 0.81.
Supports can be found at 0.67 and 0.65.
A stop loss if 0.63 is triggered.
Happy trading.

SEACERA—Weekly Chart-formed an Engulfing Bear which implies bearish sentiment in midterm unless the bear height of $1.18 can be taken off.
Daily Chart—after hitting high of $1.24 on 09/07 It is under healthy consolidation with reduce volume. The recent breakdown below $1.07 was a concern and the new base of $1.04 is yet to be confirmed. Today it stage a technical rebound due to oversold position, any further rebound should meet immediate resistance at $1.12 and strong resistance at $1.15. It will stage a trend reversal if breakout from $1.15 and overcome the engulfing bear as mentioned in the weekly chart.

After reading on 17/08

Formed a Gravestone Doji on 14/08 which indicate Price Reversal. The Black candle on 15/08 confirmed the consolidation in near term. However, the Black Candle with low volume which indicate the consolidation is healthy. Any weakness may test immediate support at $1.16/$1.21. Any rebound may re-test the resistance at $1.29/$1.33. Break above 1.33 may test TP 1 at $1.40/$1.44. For Short Term Trader, cut loss if 1.16 is violated. For Medium Term Trader, Cut loss if 1.04 is violated.

sunflower22-Hevea
On a daily chart it has formed a bearish engulfing candle which shows some pullback since it keep uptrending from the 26th July 2014. Despite all daily oscillators are gaining downside momentum with an overbought situation, this is a favorite stock among fund manager as its going for a higher profit margin and possible for greater heights. Hence, share price is expected to continue its prior trend(long-term uptrend) after a short pullback and profit taking. Further upside are targeted at 1.795 and 1.89.
Major supports are situated at 1.62 and 1.58.
A stop loss if 1.52 is violated.
Happy trading.

Hi rocas,
LUSTER:
Broken its resistance of $0.12 with good volume recently and has managed to scale up and closed at $0.13 the next day on last Friday. The immediate resistance is at $0.13 and once broken above it with volume, it will scale higher to re-test $0.14. The RSI momentum is picking up and the price has been closing above its upper Bollinger Band last 2 trading days. It is looking good in scaling higher. Breaking above $0.14 with volume will have potential bullish implication (buy signal) to scale higher to an estimate TP of $0.19.
Currently, $0.12 has formed a very strong immediate support (strong resistance turns support and due to the gap up on 14/08) and the next support is $0.115. Stop loss at $0.11 if violated.

Happy Trading.

@winwinborn

G'Day, I've had a look at Latitud (as a Group) from an FA angle. Basically I skimmed through their previous audited, and published financial statements. On the surface, it seems like they are doing pretty cosily with their general finances, but there are some areas of concern, particularly cashflow wise.

First of all, let's get some of the things that look okay. They reduced their overall financing costs, significantly increased their cash reserves and also reduced their short/long term debt. Their performance from revenues took a 4% dip from 2012-2013. Which isn't that much a cause for alarm, because they were investing heavily into infrastructure in 2012 - based on their money outflows towards securities investments and plant capacity upgrades.

As I mentioned before, their cash outflow was pretty significant in 2012, with a cash deficit of -18 million. This looks a lot better in 2013, with their latest cash outflows at -5.9 million. Unfortunately, their inventory levels have also spiked since 2012, and they paid double the amount of taxes for transactions in 2013, compared with the previous year.

The next step for me was to find out how they mitigated a cash outflow issue in the span of only one year. Upon further inspection, what is happening is that they have an increase in payables to 9.3 million. This means that they are holding onto their cash longer before paying their suppliers, which counts as a cash inflow in their style of financial reporting. In addition to this, they had a 7.8 million reduction in trade receivables, which means that they had less credit customers this time around.

So their management managed to hold off paying off their suppliers for as long as possible, whilst being strict on collecting short term receipts, to discourage an increase in receivables.

It's a good thing that they are able to negotiate a longer payment interval with their suppliers, else I suspect their cash position would not look as good in 2013 as it currently does.

Cash management is the one issue here, but they seem to have the strategic foresight to restructure their cash in and outflows. If they can reduce their inventory levels further and also keep a check on their infrastructure investments, the group should find themselves in a much better position for 2014's report.

I'd certainly watch out for any headlines regarding the group's liquidity however.

Hi courage,
SERSOL:
Weekly chart (midterm) – bullish after broken above $0.375 with good volume. However, do note that as the price scales higher, the market seems to be suppressing the uptrend by looking at the white candlestick body is getting smaller with decreasing volume in the last 2 trading weeks. Nevertheless, the uptrend is still intact with upward momentum.

Daily chart (short-term) – bullish after broken above $0.375 with a gap up on 07/08 and has continued to scale upward and closed at $0.43 today. However, a shooting star is formed today and it has potential bearish top reversal implication especially at resistance area. The immediate resistance is $0.43 and $0.445 respectively. So, do monitor the next trading price movement to determine the validity of any bearish implication. Also note that there is a slight Price/RSI bearish divergence since 11/08. If you are trading this stock, do set trailing stop to protect your profit/capital.
Any weakness due to overbought or profit taking will find immediate support at $0.42 and $0.405. Stop loss at $0.40 if violated.

Happy Trading.

Hi master_tan,
PRLEXUS:
After hitting the high of $1.84 on 20/06, it had a significant pull back and consolidated to a low of $1.38 and formed a bullish bottom reversal Dragonfly Doji on 13/08. The price has then reversed and scaled upward and closed at $1.54 today with a bullish gap up. However, a shooting star is formed today and it has potential bearish top reversal implication especially at resistance area. This gives conflicting signal and hence the next day’s price movement direction needs to be monitored to determine the trend. The immediate resistance is at $1.56 and $1.61. If you are trading this stock, do monitor closely and set trailing stop to protect your profit/capital.
Any weakness due to overbought or profit taking will find immediate support at $1.52 and $1.46.
Stop Loss if $1.43 is violated.

Happy Trading.

winwinborn - Latitud:

Chart wise, it is bullish since the gap up on 7/8. If it clears its immediate resistance at 3.43, it will be heading towards its TP1 of 3.55 and subsequent TP2 at 3.63.

Columbo, thanks for the dissecting its annual report and in providing an insight into its cash position as it does look impressive from the outset with a positive cash flow and cash and cash equivalent position. Appreciate your effort.
