FROM THE MACC FILES Part 4: The Names Of The Others Who Received Bribes For The Penang Undersea Tunnel Further to that, in Zarul Ahmad’s statement to the MACC on 12th January 2018, he said not only did he bribe Lim Guan Eng, but other EXCO members were also bribed. And these people were Deputy Chief Minister Dr Ramasamy Palanisamy, current Chief Minister Chow Kon Yow, PKR leader Abdul Malik Kassim, and Lim Hock Seng. 1. Both the previous and current Chief Ministers of Penang, Lim Guan Eng and Chow Kon Yeow, received bribes for the Penang Undersea Tunnel project 2. PKR Penang Chief Malik Kassim was also paid off 3.
