And these people were Deputy Chief Minister Dr Ramasamy Palanisamy, current Chief Minister Chow Kon Yow, PKR leader Abdul Malik Kassim, and Lim Hock Seng. 1. Both the previous and current Chief Ministers of Penang, Lim Guan Eng and Chow Kon Yeow, received bribes for the Penang Undersea Tunnel project 2. PKR Penang Chief Malik Kassim was also paid off 3.
