Even before the United States entered World War II in December 1941, America sent arms and equipment to the Soviet Union to help it defeat the Nazi invasion. Totaling $11.3 billion, or $180 billion in today’s currency, the Lend-Lease Act of the United States supplied needed goods to the Soviet Union from 1941 to 1945 in support of what Stalin described to Roosevelt as the “enormous and difficult fight against the common enemy — bloodthirsty Hitlerism.”

No no no. Let me say a few words here. The communist is not the communist we see some fifty years ago. China has only one political party, that is Communist Party of China and they also practice capitalism now. Why are we so afraid of communist countries? Aren't Malaysian allowed to visit China since many years ago? Try to live in USA, the so called democratic country for sometime then you will see what is the difference, whether China or US is a better place to live.
Democracy started by the Greeks. They have Olympics, sports.
Communism started in Europe, adopted by the Russians and Chinese. It is just the ideology to form the government and conveniently this ideology has blended well with the condition of China towards the end of the Ching dynasty. If China still have the Ching Dynasty in existence, democracy could be the ideology of the government, just like Japan, England and Malaysia.
Democracy by itself doesn't guarantee a desirable type of government. It is the people or the leaders in the government whether communism, socialism or democracy that matters.
To Christians and Anglos, it's good Vs evil and they are the good guys. With this attitude, America is involved in forever wars....to China, there is good and evil in everybody every country. The way to peace is harmony mutual respect, humility win win non interference...the goal is to stop the chaos and violence, good things will come after.
In the case of Ukraine, with America hegemony, the war will end when one side is totally defeated . In 20 years Ukraine will be the afgan of Europe. ... America are using the Ukraine to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian....just like they will make use of Taiwanese to fight China to the last Taiwanese
All Anglo media is united in the war against Russia. Will it end with a nuclear war? As long as the war can be defined as a war of good Vs evil, they don't really care.. Diplomacy to end the war, they define it as appeasement....as long it is America hegemony there is no role for diplomacy/ appeasement
So, what I see is time is on the side of the Russians... Their strategy will be carefully calibrated, to outlast the Americans. U will not see hasty strategy from Russia. More like a trench war just like in ww1. Defensive and try to consolidate their gains in Donbass
i don't know whether intention of Ukraine joining Nato will or will not threaten Russia, but what i know Russia missile already launched and invaded Ukraine that destroying Ukraine and killing Ukrainian, and still killing and destroying
American hegemony is very dangerous. It's forever wars. Soon after afgan war is over, they have the Ukraine war to focus on in their wars of good Vs evil never seeing themselves as the evil one , the provocation to wars....not in the eyes of mainstream media. ...and politicians.
What u talk? America never bomb other countries meh? But Anglo media always justified their wars as wars of good Vs evil....that is how all American wars started.
I don't see Putin/ Russia as evil empires. I see Putin as a rational actor. But all wars are risky and do not know how it ends. ... Whatever rational for the special military operations, Putin is ready to negotiate...that is obvious to all...it's the Americans who veto any attempt at negotiations
Posted by brightsmart > 46 seconds ago | Report Abuse Don't paint Putin / Russia as evil.....they are no more evil than Americans.....all wars are geo political in nature.
Agreed but up to a certain point.
Yes, America and Russia is an evil but CCP should also be included. There are full of lies and hypocrisy in both western media and CCP propaganda, afterall, Russia invaded Ukraine and Ukranian is dying because of Russia invasion. has to be a substantial factual.

The Ukraine war has nothing to do with China...that is the substantial fact.
But China can have good influence in the world if more people agrees with how China sees the world...more people learn about China and also Chinese philosophy
