PM Anwar focus on B40 is correct! In fact it's a shame that we have B40 category which means 40% malaysians are living on very low wages!
This is actually a huge problem going forward! Our minimum salary is laughable!
After decades of stagnant salary, we have reach a point where it's not worth to pursue higher education as most fresh graduates end up losers in scheme of things!
The fact that 70% of our school leavers rather work than going to university is a big concern as decade or so from now, we will see B40 growing into B60!

The hard fact that half of EPF members have only 10k in their savings for future retirement hit hard on future of Malaysia!
We are going to see our senior malaysians been classified as hardcore poor! Like i said, we are going to see B40 growing into B60 if no strong actions are done now!

To address this, government of the day must make sure skilled workers are produced to meet export oriented businesses!
Vocasional training are must! We need vocational training centres that able to produce highly skilled workforce such as electrical technicians, fabricators and sort! This are good paying jobs! Fresh graduates will be able to immediately use their skills and continously upgrade to additional courses! This is much better than aimless degree that we have seen for the last few decades!
Problem with universities is that, they produce ideological workforce with zero practical skill! Worst still, universities are producing graduates with zero work prospect!
That's why we saw so many graduates that remain on low salary, constantly job hopping and provide little benefit to any organization!

The role of university to produce workforce has reach it's crossroad! University nowadays instead producing human resources with University debt that they will struggle to pay back!
Having seen how wasted this graduates effort are, i don't blame new generation from taking similar route! It's just plain dumbass as prospect of better future with degree is now just a delusion!
So the role of vocational centres are far superior! As Elon Musk said, we need more engineers! And hands on engineering courses are far better as route to better future!

So i hope PM Anwar would give priority for vocational centre to produce better prospect for our new generation!
And enforce policy to ensure skilled labors are paid well! Beside that, to make it compulsory for those taking loans to pass financial literacy course!
Problem with majority of malaysians is that, most don't know how to manage their cashflow!
Take our civil servants for example, 80% are drowning in debts! Many will retire and their whole pension will be used to pay their previous debts! And sadly, even after retire with pension, many continue to create new debts!

We are in social dilemma! Unless government of the day address the growing poverty among working and retiring malaysians, who are burden with debts, we will hit the wall hard!
If B40 grow to B60 as predicted, our social norm as we know it today, will collapse!

The capitalist driven social pyramid is faulty! Malaysia should change the perception that becoming wealthy and enter the T20 club as good thing!
Because, those who are in billionaire club as the culprit for low wages in Malaysia! And they are also not contributing towards taxation system!
Another is the strong underworld industry here! Scammers are making Malaysia as their playground! And shockingly, our banks are very lenient towards saving robbery!
Don't you find it strange how our banks can't trace money stolen from innocent malaysians! And they are washing their hands! This must change!

What we should aim for Malaysia is a new society structure! T5, M75 and B20! We must be reality that 20% will remain in lower bracket due to many factors! However, even if we will have B20, even they are living much better than current B40 form!

Teach the B40 to invest and trade in certain US stocks and give them US5000 to purchase such as Adobe, Intel, Amazon stock and they can go to M40 quickly

Don't worry about T20. They are the (T)rash feeding on leftovers and stealing from hardworking people. They normally surround themselves with politicians and government agents. They take snapshots to portray their linkage with VIPS for bragging rights, Hence execute their scheme or scam. These T20 are also known as CONMAN.

Malaysia a land of opportunities in agriculture, constructon, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, transport, etc, etc. But locals in B40/60 are not interested. They prefer government handouts and EPF withdrawals. T20 employers prefer to pay for cheap foreign labor instead of paying RM5000.00 to locals to do the dirty jobs.

Answer : For decades we are used to think that our billionaire are respected member of society! In reality, they are looting together with our politicians! They have immunity in many forms!
If their children are caught with drugs, cases usually dissappear! If ordinary malaysians caught stealing powdered milk, they get to spend 2 years in prison!

Answer : PN has done damage in 33 months towards majority malays! I see how malays were progressing under Najib administration but today, i see totally different malays!
Malays that are so desperate for instant money from their own EPF saving! What happen! How come majority malays turn inward!
If majority malays do not wake up to Bersatu and Pas delusional politics, malay race will face 3rd grade races like banglas!

T20 mark is soemthing we should not be proud of! It means, we have too many super wealthy that feed on ordinary malaysians! Hence low wages that we see today!
Goverment of the day must be strict! We need to reduce it to T5! Increase middle class by increasing skilled workers with high pay!
In short, Malaysia is not lacking in talent but in distribution of weath!
No, i do not condone equal distribution of wealth! Rather only those who really deserve to be T5, those who build listed companies that provide high paying jobs!
