The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad("Chin Hin"or"the Company") wishes to announce that at itsFifth Annual General Meeting("5th AGM") held today, 17 June 2019, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 5th AGM dated 30April 2019 were duly passedby way of poll voting.The detailed of the poll results are set out in the attachment.

The results of the poll were validated by Niche Unity Consultants Sdn. Bhd., the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
