With mother at 0.08, this OR worth less than 0.03! Those that bought mother before last Friday make money through selling the OR.

1 RI = 0.05
0.5 BI = 0.00

cost per share = 0.1/1.5=0.067

last price =0.08

discount = 16.3%

that is to say
if you pay 0.05 to buy OR from the market, then you got to pay another 0.05 to subscribe the right issue

total you pay = 0.1

total share you get = 1 RI + 0.5 BI = 1.5 share

cost per share = 0.1/1.5 = 0.066

market price = 0.08

you got a 16.7% discount from the market price

For each OR + 0.05 will get 1.5X Mother share. Mother share at 0.08, then OR worth 0.07. So many ORs were sold at 0.055 and 0.05! What happen?
