‘Kindly be advised that JAG's 368,903,282 Warrants C issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing and quotation of the Warrants C on the ACE Market, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 3 July 2024.
The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants C are “JAG-WC”, “0024WC” and “MYQ0024WC964” respectively.’

Not much details since announcement of below worded MOU on July and August 2024:
“JAG BERHAD ("JAG" OR "THE COMPANY") MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN JARING METAL INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY AND MITSUBISHI MATERIALS CORPORATION”, therefore can't comment on this JV…
What I know, the last few days visualize JAG traded upwards with good buying interest. All the seller of RM0.255 and RM0.26 well absorbed…my Cherry Picking of 16% paper gain seems ‘a good move’; Happy Trading and TradeAtYourOwnRisk

Warrant conversion at RM0.28; it is too early to tell whether it is a good sign or not…wait for Mother to cross this magical figure to justify the Warrant price!!

I think they gave up the property division already... not much was mentioned during AGM and Annual Report.
I believe they posted a good quarter in up coming QR... JAG Bag significant contract with BNM but no subsequent announcement and detail on it. It might something good happening I guess...
