Barring any unforeseen circumstances, SNS Network is optimistic about the business outlook for the industry on the back of growing demand for AI super servers from several technology firms.

SNS Network Technology reported its 1QFY1/25 net profit more than halved to RM3.74m from RM7.89m, mainly due to lower revenue and an increase in selling and distribution expenses. Quarterly revenue dropped 26.31% YoY to RM213.59m from RM289.84m, lowest recorded revenue since its IPO. SNS has recommended an interim dividend of 0.25 sen, payable August 28. The group has secured an order worth RM85.52m to supply AI hardware, delivery is scheduled for 3Q24. -The Edge Markets

Still this bounce does not alter the downside shape of the chart. Master bets master ass that it will ultimately hit 0.53 in coming weeks. The same goes for jcy. Its a trap, a bear trap bounce. So, dont get too excited.

A HDD components are platters, a spindle assembly and an actuaror assembly plus a casing to strore those three components. JCY only supply the casing. The most important component is a logic board that controls the operation of the HDD.
An SSD components are a controller which performs a role similar to the CPU in a PC as cache memory, NAND flash for data storage and DRAM which links between the SSD and the external devises.
It is impossible for local players to produce and to assemble the above parts. Our country data centres have to import the HDD and SSD from SEAGATE, WESTERN DIGITAL or TOSHIBA.
But for super servers, the supplier will send them to SNS NETWORK. After that SNS will fixed them in each data centre [with after sales service (maintanance)]. SNS will do well starting from the 2nd quarter FY2024.
