Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad is engaged in the marketing of Proton motor vehicles and related spare parts and servicing of vehicles. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), its sales of Proton vehicles was 47,187 units. Its After Sales division registered service throughput of 441,376 units in fiscal 2009. Of this total throughput, the Company's branches accounted for 273,615 units, while its franchised service dealers accounted for the remaining 167,761 units. Collision repair throughput at its branches totaled 6,914 units in fiscal 2009. Its subsidiaries include EON Properties Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in investment and management of properties; Euromobil Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the marketing of Audi & Volkswagen motor vehicles, and EON Auto Mart Sdn Bhd, which is involved in the marketing of Mitsubishi motor vehicles. Its subsidiary, EONMobil Sdn Bhd, discontinued the Hyundai and Suzuki dealerships on June 30, 2008 and April 1, 2009, respectively.
