On December 9, 2008, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Sarawak Hydro Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. acquired 100% equity interest in Murum Hydro Consortium Sdn. Bhd. On July 21, 2009, Tenaga Nasional Berhad and Sarawak Energy Berhad each acquired a 50% interest in Sime Darby Energy Sdn. Bhd.
