The Nomad Group Bhd (TNGB) is an investment holding company. TNGB provides serviced offices, hotels and serviced residences. The Nomad Offices are located within the central business districts (CBDs), which offer ready-to-use office suites, virtual office packages, business lounges, meeting and conference facilities and video conferencing facilities. The Nomad SuCasa is located in Ampang with 180 rooms of one and two bedroom suites, which are equipped with kitchens, dining areas and lounges. The Nomad Residences is a serviced residence in the heart of Bangsar, which has 58 units that are furnished with liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions, kitchen and laundry facilities and wireless fidelity (WiFi) connectivity. During the year ended December 31, 2009, TNGB operated and managed a total of 11 offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. On October 1, 2009, The Nomad Residences Sdn Bhd acquired 100% equity interest in City Centre Hotel Sdn Bhd.
