Rsawit is different in that it is now pure palm oil plus sitting on gold mine lands bought near Kuching, Sibu and Miri
book value as low as 10 sen psf
With over 150,000 acres or twice the size of Penang island (72,900 acres)
Rsawit will reap good windfall as it sells it's lands to Data Centers, Solar farm or Industries now coming from China Fdi
so sell bahvest and buy Rsawit

Based on Age Profiles,rough estimated RSAWIT palm ages are above 20 years are 40% which less productive excluding young immature which r less productive too.The issue r less crop productions this coming years n what will happen to their mill utilisation?. It's a long story to cover my explanations.

He have the stake,shown commitments,bring changes for the future by bringing more businesses from Aurelius so eligible to be the Director.His Gold is to bring more Gold but Gold px are not within his

U all understand how to calculate estimated roughly or not 87k Hect wth 42% palm ages over 20 yes.
Replanting will effect productions n inccured huge cost.U understand or not the replanting just itself till first 3-4 years @young immature process n cost for RSawit.
NO SCHOOL t's not about comparing Gold or CPP s.o it's problems small plantations are facing.

@your,I did study bit about FYR of some good PLCs shipping businesses n most of their FYR are considered good.
M&G current px are good for investments n risk are low too.Noted there r quite a good interest but not

My only concerned about Sabah counter related to mineral is Sabah current n ex KM banyak kuat rasuah.

Adik know QR boom but still pretend buying. PP separated to so many small trance. No fund interested? or they know something. Im fully out but still holding its PA. Wait for better weather only reenter. Really memper-siasui kan Sarawak. 9 months cant even get a single Sarawak project.
