(01)  人靜時，躺下來仔細想想，人活著真不容易

When you are at ease with yourself, lie down and spare some thought. To live a life is never easy. 

 

明知以後會死，還要努力的活著，人活一輩子到底是為什麼!?

Knowing that we will inevitably die one day, you may ask why are we still striving so hard to live? What is the purpose of our striving so hard to live our life?

 

複雜的社會，看不透的人心，放不下的牽掛，經歷不完的酸甜苦辣，走不完的坎坷，越不過的無奈，忘不了的昨天，忙不完的今天，想不到的明天，最後不知道會消失在哪一天！這就是人生。

We are living in a very complex society where one can't even predict what others are thinking and life is full of endless worries, going through endless tribulations and bittersweet moments, encounter endless hurdles, at times feeling hopelessness, haunted by memories of the past, have to endure a busy and taxing today, worry about unpredictable tomorrow and the irony of all is not knowing when our lives will come to an end. That is life! 

 

所以再忙再累別忘了心疼自己，一定要記得好好照顧自己！

So remember as busy you are, love yourselves and take good care of yourselves.

 

(02) 人生如天氣，可預料，但往往出乎意料!?

Life is just like weather, can make predictions but more often than not, is unpredictable. 

 

不管是陽光燦爛，還是聚散無常，一份好心情，是人生唯一不能被剝奪的財富。

Whatever it is, be it a sunny day or unpredictability of life, to have good attitude and mood everyday is something nobody can denied and deprived you off.

 

把握好每天的生活，照顧好獨一無二的身體，就是最好的珍惜。

得之坦然，失之泰然，隨性而往，隨遇而安，一切隨緣，是最豁達而明智的人生態度。

Be in control of your daily life, take good care of your own health is the most precious thing of all. 

Between gains and losses, just accepts it with a good heart without resentment and take it as fated is the wisest attitude of life.

 

(03)    多好的一段話：

There are many sayings that are full of wisdom:

 

我們都有缺點，所以彼此包容一點.

We all have our shortcomings, so learn to embrace and accept each other's shortcomings. 

 

我們都有優點，所以彼此欣賞一點。

We all have our strength in certain aspects so be grateful and compliment each other’s strengths. 

 

我們都有個性，所以彼此謙讓一點。

We all have our individualistic character so must learn how to accommodate one another.

 

我們都有差異，所以彼此接納一點。

We all are different so must learn to accept one another.

We all have our sad moments in life, so learn to console each other.

 

我們都有快樂，所以彼此分享一點。

We all have our happy moments in life, so learn to share the happiness with one another.

 

因為我們有緣相識，請珍惜生命中的每一位家人、朋友！開心的過好每一天！

Fate brings us together, so learn to treasure every one, be it family members, friends and be happy every day. 

 

(04)    十年後，您把現在的奔馳寶馬給孩子，他們會說太舊了！

If you give your current Mercedes or BMW to your children in 10 years time, they will say the car is too old.

 

十年後，您把現在的蘋果8S給孩子，他們會說別逗了！

If you give year IPhone 8 to your children in 10 years time, they will say you must be joking. 

 

十年後，你躺在病床上抱著一堆存摺，要兒女天天給你把屎端尿，兒女們會說，僱保姆吧！

If in 10 years time when you are unlucky to be bed ridden and holding your bank deposit books in your hand and ask your children to take care of you, they will ask you to get a maid to take care of you.

 

十年後，你保持了健康的體魄，還能到處旅遊，打拳、跳舞。

您的孩子會說，老爸老媽你們太明智了！

If in 10 years time, you are still healthy and can travel, exercise and dance, your children will heap praises on you for being a very wise person.

 

●    給孩子最好的禮物是自己的健康！

The best present for your children is to remain healthy at old age.

 

重要的事情，再說一遍，請大家記住最後一句話：

●人生就是做好兩件事：

In life, we only need to take care of two things:-

 

第一，教育好孩子，不要危害社會；

Firstly, educate your children so that they are not a parasite to the society. 

 

第二是照顧好自己，別拖累孩子。

Secondly, take care of your own health so that you will not be a burden to your children.

 

(05)    請大家看看，著名的廈門大學教授易中天的一段話，好經典!!

Please take a look at the following classic talk by a professor in Xiamen University. 

 

再過若干年，我們都將離去，對這個世界來說，我們徹底變成了虛無。

In no time, we will inevitably come to an end of our lives and as far as the world is concerned, our physical self will disappear from the universe without traces.

 

●    我們奮鬥一生，帶不走一草一木。我們執著一生，帶不走一分虛榮愛慕。

For all the hard work we put in all our lives and for all the wealth, reputation and accolades that we so treasured in our lives, we will never be able to bring along with us when we depart from this world and our physical self will disappear from the universe without traces.

 

今生，無論貴賤貧富，總有一天都要走到這最後一步。到了天國，驀然回首，我們的這一生，形同虛度!!

In our lives, no matters whether we are rich or poor, we will face the same eventuality, i.e. come to the end of our journey some day. When you look back our lives from the other world, our past lives just like a vacuum in universe, gone without traces.

 

●    所以，從現在起，我們要用心生活，天天開心快樂就好。

So from now onwards, we must live a purposeful and happy life. 

 

三千繁華，彈指剎那，百年之後，不過一捧黃沙。

In no times when we reach the end of our life journey, all the material aspect of our lives shall disintegrate and turn into a handful of yellow earth.

 

※請善待每個人，因為沒有下輩子。

So we shall treat everyone with kindness as there is no next life to be kind to others.

 

(06)    一輩子真的好短，有多少人說好要過一輩子，可走著走著就剩下了曾經。

Life is short and for the many promises to live a good and purposeful life we never really get down to do it and before long, it will be too late.

 

又有多少人說好要做一輩子的朋友，可轉身就成為最熟悉的陌生人。有的明明說好明天見，可醒來就是天各一方。

How many of us ever promised ourselves to be true friends for life but as time goes by we became a total stranger.  Some have promised to see each other tomorrow but that tomorrow never come.

 

所以，趁我們都還活著，戰友、同學、朋友、同事、能相聚就不要錯過，能愛時就認真的愛，能擁抱時就擁入懷，能牽手時就不放開。能玩的時候玩，能吃的時候吃。

So while we are still alive, comrades, old school mates, friends, colleagues, please don’t miss any chance to get together to cherish the love, care, and companionship. 

 

(07)    請好好珍惜身邊的人，不要做翻臉比翻書還快的人。

Please treasure all the people that are dearest to you.

 

互相理解才是真正的感情，不要給你的人生留下太多的遺憾。再好的緣份也經不起敷衍，再深的感情也需要珍惜。

Mutual understanding is the essence of real friendship. Please do not live a life full of regrets. Friendship will not last if it is not build on mutual understanding and being treasured. 

 

沒有絕對的傻瓜，只有願為你裝傻的人。原諒你的人，是不願失去你。真誠才能永相守，珍惜才配長擁有。

There is no absolute stupid person but pretending to be stupid just to please you and readily forgive your misdeeds because they treasure the friendship and not wanting to lose you as a friend. It is only because of sincerity and mutual treasuring that you will see a lasting relationship of friendship.

 

(08)    有利時，不要不讓人；有理時，不要不饒人；有能時，不要嘲笑人。

When you are in absolute advantage position, do remember to give others a second chance; when you are absolute right, do remember to forgive others; when you have the ability, never look down on others.

 

太精明遭人厭；太挑剔遭人嫌；太驕傲遭人棄。

People who are too calculative will be disliked by others; people who are too petty will be despised by others; people who are too arrogant will be deserted by others. 

 

●    人在世間走，本是一場空，何必處處計較，步步不讓。

Life itself ultimately is just like emptiness in universe and there is no point to be too petty and calculative. 

 

話多了傷人，恨多了傷神，與其傷人又傷神，不如不煩神。

Mind our language as it will hurt others' feeling. Too much resentment hurts emotionally. 

 

一輩子就圖個無愧於心，悠然自在。世間的理爭不完，爭贏了失人心；世上的利賺不盡，差不多就行。財聚人散，財散人聚。

One strives hard to live a life with clear conscience and without much of a guilty feeling. 

There are endless arguments as to who is right and who is wrong and too much argument will not win one's heart.

Be contented with your wealth as greed is insatiable. 

Friends who go through hardship together is true friendship but friendship that builds on monetary interest will disappear when you are broke.

 

(09)    心幸福，日子才輕鬆；人自在，一生才值得！

When your heart is at peace, every day is a happy day.

When you are at peace with yourself, it is a life worth living. 

 

●    想的太多，容易煩惱；在乎太多，容易困擾；追求太多，容易累倒。

When you think too much, you will become too worrisome. 

When you are unable to let go, you will become emotionally troubled. 

When you are chasing too much of material wealth, you will be become tiresome emotionally. 

 

好好珍惜身邊的人，因為沒有下輩子的相識！好好感受生活的樂，因為轉瞬就即逝！好好體會生命的每一天，因為只有今生，沒有來世。

Treasure the people close to you in life as it is fate that brings you all together as you will not have a second chance.

Try your best to live a happy life every single day because before you realize it, we have reached the end of our journey.

Try you best to experience the everyday life as we only have the current life, there will not be a second life.
