Just wondering why Ipoh houses are still in great demand. Double storey terrace house costing RM470,000 completely sold. Now Taiko Properties are planning to build 2 and a half storey house costing RM560,000. Let them learn a hard lesson. Once US interest rate hit 3%, global recession will hit. Now the needle has yet to pook US yet. Just wait and see when the needle pook them. Now only China got the negative effects.
