8.20 am: normally,I will be reading CEO-Morning by The Edge every early morning around 6am ... by 8.20am now,I would be checking the charts of yesterday's winners-losers list. 

Example: I sold GAMUDA, KESM and Natgate ... took ITMAX. I missed D&O yesterday tho a member alerted the group (was busy) ... we can have it all, ya. 

From the above list,I know I will be checking SDG (welcome back) as it is above RM5 now. I shared the nice chart with the group yesterday as I might be taking it today. CPO prices have been diving below RM5k level ...dived like a stone!!

Then ... see gloves as top-losers ... time to check which to buyback!! Oh the news HPMV blah-blah is for those media to sell news ... as traders we DO NOT check those noises, we check charts ... and try to smell for any opportunities.
