BIGPAY is BIGRIPOFF. Anyone signing up and then withdraw own money will be charged RM6 per withdrawal. WAAAAALAAOOOO!!! Biggest financial scam. Assuming you are forced to sign up for BIGPAY and later you close account by withdrawing, you will lose RM6 instantly. So assuming 1 million subscribe and cancel, RM6 million easy money. Scammers from Bank Negara are complicit with Tony.
