KUALA LUMPUR (July 16): Sarawak Cable Bhd (KL:SCABLE) on Tuesday said its chief financial officer Teoh Wen Jinq had resigned.

In a bourse filing, the company said Teoh had stepped down due to personal reasons, without elaborating.

Teoh is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Fellow Member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

She also has more than 15 years working in audit firms and commercial companies as accountant, company secretary and group financial controller.

At Tuesday's midday break, Sarawak Cable rose 4.76% or 0.5 sen to 11 sen with 507,200 shares traded.
