Total of last one year (total 4 quarter results)
5.03 + 0.94 + 0.93 + 1.42 = 8.32 sen
Closing price of L&G as at 11th July 2017 is 21 sen
So let's calculate it"s P/E
= 21 divided by 8.32 sen
= 2.52 (PE for L&G is only 2.52)
And what is its Growth Rate?
So 8.32 sen divides by 21 sen
= 39.6% (Whoppee!!)
So in less than 3 years you can double your monies in L&G!
Is this the Powerful Growth Factor that made Tan Choy Koay, PHEIM BOSS to take 3 Top positions in L&G in his 3 PHEIM Funds?
The reason why Tan Chong Koay bought into Pentamaster was because Penta Master directly or indirectly supply parts for Apple iphones. The growth was exceptional. So Penta share price up a 200%
Wait a minute!
Do I hear someone protest that 21 sen is after capital exercise Rights Issue Price.
Ok, Ok so we take the pre crash price of 37 sen for L&G to recalculate again
So 37 divided by 8.32 sen = 4.44 (so L&G has a P/E of 4.4)
What about its yield?
8.32 divides by 37
= 22.4% yield
So in less than 5 years you will still see your monies double in L&G
22% is 5 times more than Bank F/D
And with yearly dividend yield of 2 sen with price now at an all time low of 21 sen you are getting a nice 9.5% yield
This is more than twice that of Bank interest!
And what about its NTA?
21 sen with NTA of 58 sen = 0.36% price to book value
Or at 21 sen with NTA of 58 sen
L&G is selling at a Whpping 64% Discount to NTA. This meets the requirement of Ben Grahan of at least 30% discount to NTA for Margin of Safety.
So by All Yarsticks
P/E 2.52 or 4.44
Dividend yield of 9.5%
Discount of 64% to NTA
L&G (Land & Gold) is an outright buy.
What if buying at 21 sen price still go down further?
Calvin confidently tell you this from experience

Top boss bought at 44 cents and above, millions of them. Anything below 40 cents is a bargain!

So Calvin bought Jaks at 40 sen
Zaiabas bought Jaks even cheaper than Calvin at 38.5 sen.
So kudos to Zaiabas who was greedy when others were fearfully selling Jaks from 40 sen to 38.5 sen

Then Latitude pumped up to a high of Rm8.00 & then crashed to Rm5.00

Truth fact: A liar need another liar to cover his liar...and sometimes a liar forget what he lie. Why?
Calvin said he only invest 3% of his cash into so much of stock i.e bjcorp, bpuri, alam, bjcorp, mulpha, mui, mui ind, mpcorp, pmcorp, kbunai etc but now said he buy until no money in L&G but why never see your name in the Bursa report? Whats goes wrong here?
Either,
a) Calvin only bought 1 lots of each stock that he mentioned or
b) He is telling lie ...haha

GEELY going BIG TIME into PROTON CITY, Tg Malim
SO MAJU PERAK IS UP 50% already!!
L&G also got 2,494 acres land in Kerling (psf only 44.3 sen) (15 mins from Tg Malim)
Another 167 acres in Serendah (book value 81 sen psf only)
L&G SURE TO BENEFIT KAW LAW LATER!!
Just like Calvin called for a buy on Jaks at 40 sen because of Langat 2
So the CATALYST EMANATING FROM TG MALIM WILL POWER UP L&G

Normally Property Stocks should have a P/E of 10 to 15
So now price is 21 sen with P/E of 2.52
What if P/E is 10?
How much is L&G worth?
So
10/2.52 x 21 = 83.33 sen
YESSS!
L&G is worth 83.33 SEN!!! If P/E is 10
What if P/E is 15?
So 15 divides by 2.52 and multiply by 21
= Rm1.25
WAHAHA! Will L&G share price go up to Rm1.25?
Like Jaks gone up from 40 sen to Rm1.60?
That is still in the future!
So let's SEE.

2017 1st Q and 2nd Q revenue total at 13.7 millions against 2016 1st and 2nd Q of 223 millions which is 1628 % backlog of sale. A good manager will not allow this to happen

FY2017 end in Mar/2017 total 4 quarters profit only 32,413,000 (EPS only 2.93 Sen based on total share before right issue was about 1.1 Billion), don't forgot now total share are about 3 billion, EPS only about 1 Sen. I don't understand why Calvin use year 2016 EPS 8.32 Sen to calculate the PE

Now Mkt. Cap. 644,369,849.64, FY 2017 earning 32.4M, the PE is about 20

Calvin has calculated exactly as reported
P/E is 2.52 for latest 4 quarter reports.
And income from Daimond City progressive billings and loan release from banks should boost its coffers.
So P/E is not fixed. It can go up or down.
But look ahead.
Its prospects are brightening with the incoming of GEELY into Tg Malim
So the future of L&G now look rosy.
Calvin will pick up L&G scripts at 21.5 sen and 22 sen soon.
Happy that price has reached back my cost of 22 sen at today closing price.
