Ms Teoh Saw Sin @ Judy Teoh is a professional accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She has more than 40 years' experience as Head of Finance in various industries. Her career commenced with an accounting firm in 1981 specializing in statutory audits and corporate taxation. Subsequently from 1988 to 2023 she was employed as Group Financial Controller in various groups of companies both private and public listed, with businesses ranging from manufacturing, trading, investments to property development and property management.

She was the Financial Controller in a few public listed companies including Metacorp Berhad, Pancaran Ikrab Berhad and Toyo Ink Group Berhad. Her career in financial management evolved to include corporate management involving initial public listing of a company in Bursa Malaysia, acquisitions and divestment of companies, corporate restructuring, operations and financial systems and controls, corporate governance and due diligence audits.
