At this point, we, who have invested in Jaks, can rest assure that the unit 1 will achieve COD by mid 2020.

Anyway, after the successful completion of the steam blow tests, remaining procedures are just a matter of getting the whole power unit to fire up and connect to the grid. Unit 1 is as good as completed. Unit 1 will start COD after the 168 hours stress test.

I have gone thru the last 3 private placements and 1 warrant rights issues and Jaks' price is now at historical high level (adjusted). As I have said many times, able to raise funds is an indication of confidence. Be very worried If a company is not able to raise funds.

However, this is purely my speculation. Do not take it seriously.

In any case, I believe a PP could be another option for ALP. According to OTB, he was told that Andy brought a group of IBs to the power plant site. This could be an indication of PP and ALP may push the price to higher level so as to get better pricing for its PP.

Jaks is a hot stock in 2020 because of its power plant coming live this year. It is the most selected stock in 2020 stock pick competition. Some are promoting other stocks in this forum (I have no problem with that).

You can expect all kind of tricks from traders to allow them to profit from short term volatility.

I have seem naysayers turned supporters after they have bought.

There is coronavirus now. This should not be used to create fear.

I m not as powerful as some think I m. They thought that by discrediting me can help to reduce readers' confidence on Jaks. They think that readers here can't read and can't think for themselves.

Actually..................., I should thank them for having such high regard of me.

I m glad that ks55 found something from my article to shoot at. But I m disappointed that he isn't brave enough to give his TP but continued to ask people to sell even at low price.

RM300 per household is based on an estimated usage of 1.2m homes. If vietnamese can only afford RM100 per household, then the power plant can reach out to 3.6m homes. You can adjust it anyway you like. It is just a rough estimate and I believe it is reasonable. The annual sales is still a very gigantic figure even if you only take 50% of of my estimate of RM4.32 billion.

Are these figure plucked from sky ? Readers are able to judge from themselves.

I have always provided facts and figures so that readers can exercise their judgement.

Few months ago, both Razali and the CFO sold their shares at 0.75 and 0.73 respectively. But the share price has almost doubled since then. After the CFO sold his stakes, he left the company few months later. Why is Razali reducing his stakes aggressively but at the same time Andy bought some of his stakes ? A lot of maybe ....................

My advice is focus on what we know (the power plant), and ignore what we do not know (why razali sold).

What you do not know may not be bad. You have to overcome the fear within you.

The theoretical value for the warrant is the mother share price less the exercise price (RM0.64). If mother is RM2.5, warrant is 2.5-0.64=1.86. Of course, there will be some premium attached to the warrant making it higher than 1.86.

DS planned this 5 years ago. Unless he succeeded in increasing his stake substantially with or without the MGO, he will not "uinlock" Insas. The only worry to minority is too much dilution from warrant exercise.

As long as the price remains below 1.00, there is no reason for small warrantholders to exercise their warrants. However, for those who wish to buy big on Insas, the warrant is a lifetime opportunity.

The worst that can happen to the minority is that the 165m warrants are exercised by friendly parties, and DS exercises some warrants to remain below 33% and avoids MGO.

That is just my opinion.
