Taking land from the state is a very touchy situation. Royal family regards all state land belong
to the Sultan ( it is the same as in Johor or Selangor). Taking lands for PutraJaya and KLIA
already upset Sultan of Selangor big time. Now another Land grab for 26,000km pipe line is
