Talking about below 10 cents stocks.
Also this company just spend Ms$ to buy shares in Metrosonic.
Why?

Private Placement of 30% issue capital at about 6.08 cents. ESOS is 6.5 cents. Quite unusual. PP is lower than ESOS. Anyway there is hope - Most Penny Stocks that did huge PP goes up by at least 50%

Yup...if ur knowledge is right on that specific counter... it's better than just few percentage of dividend/year...at least...@25% per year can be targeted.
Agree. Could be also due to different Fund managers at diff IBs rebalancing portfolio.

Luckily did the switch from Velesto to Hibiscus. Don't have to worry about next quarter results.Velesto depends on rigs contract renewal that is also depending on oil price. This counter depend on oil price only.

(Sept 25): Exxon Mobil Corp has narrowed the list of bidders for its oil-producing offshore assets in Malaysia that could potentially raise US$2 billion to US$3 billion in a sale, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

UK-listed EnQuest Plc and Kuala Lumpur-traded Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd are among those that have been chosen to submit binding bids for the assets, the people said. Other companies have also expressed interest, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the discussions are private.

All over the world, clound business and data centres are in hot demand. Snowflakes latest IPO valuation is proof of that. Wonder why GP is still languishing. Puan's the reason not PP. All the penny stocks that do PP ( some up to 30%) have share price rocketting up.

Hibiscus looks like going to buy Exxon or Petrofac oilfields in Malaysia. Look like have to move fast in order to secure funding.
Both Exxon and Petrofac have confirm exiting Malaysian Oil fields

Was looking through price of various Oil & Gas counters on 9th June 2020 when there was heavy trading in oil & Gas counters on Bursa Malaysia. Brent Crude on 9th June 2020 was USD$40.45. Hibiscus was $0.625; Sapura Energy $0.11, Perdana Petroleum $0.20 and Velesto is $0.18. Brent crude had basically stay above USD$40 from June 2020 to Sept 2020. Considering that Hibiscus is a direct beneficiary of higher or even stable oil price while the other counters depend on related Oil & Gas activity, I feel Hibiscus shd easily move back to the $0.60+ range

Some comfort. Last call buying price stays at $3.64 without being thrown down. Same with Top Glove. Hold steady with 4 figure buyers at $7.98. Next week shd be better

Ya. I suppose all Glove counters will follow Top Glove and Hartalega for a very bullish Glove market today. Top Glove is up by nearly RM$0.70 in Singapore mkt and Harta is adopting a min 60% Div payout.
With a EPS of more than $1, ie a min of $0.60 Div a year. What about value of Co, assets and etc. Where u get any of this shares in the world today. Fed confirm almost Zero interest rate till at least 2023

Top Glove closed at Singapore S$3.00 up S$0.22 cents ie RM$9.03.

IWH is privately own by LKH and Johor royal family. Going for IPO to develop Bandar Malaysia. So Ekovest & IW City is definitely not involved directly and no need for Rights issue. You can look at this in a positive manner. No need to fork out funds (Both Ekovest & Iwcity ) and no dilution of shares. At the same time they are likely to benefit by way of projects and contracts. All majority own by LKH.

There is a hope of privatization with all this losses.
Just privatize Star Media Group and Star Media becomes a private co held by MCA. Can potong any no of staff they want. Ample cash to MCA and all the minority share holders

Many naysayers on oil price but the fact remains.
1. Need money to produce oil
2. Social distance means more petrol for cars, buy no jet fuel
3. Low price, shale oil kaput.
4. People get fed up with lockdowns. Very unlikely to have prolonged lockdown.
So oil shd gradually inch its way up.
Hibiscus plan to use CRPS to raise funds and at a covertion price of 66 cents is reassuring because we know that no rights issue is coming and the convertion will only happen if Hibiscus price goes above 66 cents ( a 27 % price increase from 52 cents )

Interesting comments by the naysayers. Wonder what the naysayers say got any truth. The TG boss already put 200+ million to prove when he says. You guys still don't believe. Wish there is short selling for those who says this counter is overvalued.

This company if on tract got huge potential. Hold for at least 6 mth. Easily double. Think Snowflakes IPO this week in US at PE over 80 will make people cause revaluation of all cloud computing company.
