For 3Q20 (Jan - March 2020),North Sabah sold 2 offtakes and Anasuria sold 1 offtake of oil.
with average OPEX of North Sabah USD 13.16 and average realised oil price of USD 47.72, it made net profit of RM 24.6m.
with average OPEX of Anasuria USD 14.92 and average realised oil price of USD 50.59, it made net profit of RM 16.3m.
Your OPEX is much higher.
In the webinar Dr Kenneth says the OPEX for Sabah is $10.27 per barrel

Sabah oil is very good quality and sold at 10% premium to Brent.
Anasuria oil is sold at 1% premium to Brent.
The little debt you see in 2nd Q report have being paid off in July 2020. If you keep this share till next Q results, I believe you shd be able to get good profit. The companys ability to store oil and wait for good price is very valuable - Own Storage and company is debt free
Anasuria oil store at Anasuria FPSO (800,000 barrel capacity)
Sabah oil is ship direct to onshore at Labuan Oil Terminal (Own by Hibiscus)

approval. Expect to be producing in 2022. Currently owns 50 % but

CAPEX.
3. Own Oil Storage available at both Sabah and Anasuria fields
( Owns 50% of Anasurai FPSO )
4. Last Q ended 30 June 2020, Hibiscus produce 3.2 m barrels of crude

It means Dnex is going or negotiating to buy oil field from Hibiscus but have not disclose the price yet
No. DNEX wants to buy Ping. DNEX currently own 30% of Ping. Got to buy remaining 70%. Ping and Hibiscus jointly own 50:50 of AOC

Also company have clean up Balance sheet in this latest Q report.

Those who wish to buy should consider at least a 6 mth time frame to make good profit

Can someone make sense of this.
At yesterdays closing price, the mkt cap for Hibiscus is RM945m
DNEX is trying to buy the balance 70% share in Ping Petroleum.
Earlier they wanted to sell their 30% share in Ping petroleum for a minimum of RM250m ( Oil price at that time is the same as now).
This means that they value Ping Petroleum at RM833 million.
Ping owns 50% of Anasuria Operating Co. The other 50% is own by Hibiscus. That means Hibuscus 50% share of AOC is worth RM833 million.
What about the other Hibiscus oil field in Sabah and Australia.
