I think Keck Seng 's correction is likely over. I went to a high of over RM6.40 about 2 months ago and then dropped to below RM5.90 before recovering slowly. It should move higher than RM6.40 before correction again.

Its share price has been struggling at below 20 sen for over 6 years. Investors got some small consolation in the form of dividends that averaged about 1 sen each year. Still not too bad.

Don't BS Cannon Tan, PM Holdings has never paid any dividend before in its history. You can check the company's announcement. Its entitlement page is empty. So the money you and your buddies made must have come from small, unsuspicious investors.

Be careful of calvintaneng @ Tan Tua Pao, he claimed that TSH's land in Nusantara is worth RM4.2 million per acre. Don't fall into his trap.

While Maybank and CIMB Bank confidently march forward, RHB Bank has encountered resistance at the RM5.70 level. As I have written earlier, it would stumble along.

Read the above article Cannon Tan, the fact that someone bought 3 million RSawit shares and became one of its top 30 shareholders doesn't make RSawit a good company. Only a fool will think this way.

RSawit has been losing money for the past 10 years. It has never paid any dividend for over 10 years and its NTA has been dropping yearly for many years, to only 17 sen. Soon its NTA could become negative. Only a fool will say that it is full of value.

Cannon Tan@Tan Tua Pao, Keck Seng's latest audited NTA is around RM7 a share. I did a rough calculation yesterday and arrived at the conclusion that its actual NTA should be over RM20 a share. Its EPS last financial year was 67 sen and it earned almost 50% more in the first quarter this year than the same quarter last year. Keck Seng is grossly undervalued.

To catch up with CIMB Bank's marketcap is almost impossible but RHB Bank's share price needs to move above RM6 a share.

It has dropped too far behind CIMB Bank and is now playing some catch up. I am contented if it could narrow CIMB Bank's lead to RM1.

RHB Bank closed at RM5.72 a day before it traded ex-dividend. Almost three months have elapsed and RHB Bank is still struggling at around RM5.65. In fact it has been sleeping for over two and a half months after ex-dividend. Most of the gains have been achieved during the past three trading sessions.

Someone's relentless pursuit to mislead others, like claiming that TSH's land in Nusantara is worth RM4.2 million an acre.

Not difficult to give a rough estimate of how much Keck Seng is worth. It has over 600 acres of housing land in Pulai area and another 8,000 acres of plantation and housing land in Pasir Gudang area. Assuming its land in Pulai area is worth RM2 million per acre and its Pasir Gudang land a cheap RM400,000 per acre, these two are already worth a hefty RM4.5 billion. It has net cash of RM1.1 billion and share investments worth RM450 million. Its other properties include Menara Keck Seng and Regency Tower in KL, hotels in New York, Toronto and Hawaii and minor ones in Singapore and Johor Bahru are worth at least another RM1.5 billion. So how much is Keck Seng worth?

Downtrend could be over. It dropped to RM4.44 three months ago and then staged a strong recovery, gaining over 10%. History may repeat itself.

TSH is the most asset rich plantation company in the world. It has 100,000 acres of land in Nusantara with each acre commanding a price of RM4.2 million (as claimed by Cannon Tan). Just imagine how much it is worth.

I am more eager to see RHB Bank climb to RM7 soon than most people. My investments in RHB Bank is triple my investments in Maybank.

Cannon Tan could be right. JCY serves the whole world whereas Nvidia only serves a small number of people. Nvidia's share price has gone up by 3,000 times, JCY should go up by much, much more. Don't hesitate, just buy.

You won't find another counter which trades at a PE of less than 9 and a dividend yield of over 7%. Because it has been asleep for over a year while CIMB surges past RM7, even if it has woken up and started to walk, it would stagger along. It is a long hard journey ahead.

Investment banks are generally quite neutral about TSH, only Cannon Tan is very bullish. We shall know who is right before the end of next month.

Still too early to jump to the conclusion that it has waken up. It has to move up for few consecutive days before we can draw such kind of conclusion.

Keck Seng made 13 sen a share in the first quarter, TSH only made 1.5 sen a share. Don't bring a third rate company here Cannon Tan.

If it still doesn't buck up, next year this time, its share price could be exceeded by Ambank.
