The options will depend on the person itself you must consider your financial goals first and some investment options. The risk tolerance and cash flow situation are necessary to check with also before choosing one. Sort out everything, until you come out with the right decision.

If I have RM50k, which is the better option? a. Reduce my housing loan - interest of 4.55% per annum; or b. Invest in ASW2020 - dividend of 6.5% per annum.
