The truth is once an insurance policy does not generate any commission for the agents or the agents think that the policy owner is not likely to buy any more products, most if not all the agents will stop giving service or at most half-hearted service. This is my personal experience, it may not be true to others who are luckier.
So, direct buying of insurance is a good options for people who knows what they want and don't mind doing claim themselves.
