很多刚买房子的年轻人,其实是负资产。乞丐好像都没有负资产,因为没银行会借钱给他们。

skyland,从简而入吧。这位老兄应该是劝大家不要认为产业投资很好赚就进场,风险可能比股票投资更高。

买产业当然也是好, 但需要比买股票更多的钱。。而且最好是经济风爆后买最好。。

是要比较地产与股票吧。。个人在地产赚的钱远远超过股票,可能和地产比较有缘啦,但是个人认为地产与股票都能赚大钱,看个人的能力与运气吧。。

不能否认股票能在一夜之间变富有,但也能在一夜之间失去。。而地产能帮你稳赚,前提是买了对的地产,和买对那只股的意思是一样的

我的经验:两者皆能赚的大钱。
产业:地点, 时机, 产品(location, timing, branding) - 可参考Ho Chin Soon 的书。

股票:时机,公司, 复利 ,时间。

只要会基本的数学(加 减 乘 除 ),有良好的投资心态,多读书, 多做鸳鸳美黛子(冷眼心得), 自能在两者皆赚大钱。

偶尔投投机也无伤大雅, 因为农夫偶尔还是会打猎。。

Patience is very important.During down time, best return is from stock market on blue chips. Just few years back.MAYBANK was belom RM3, GAMUDA below RM1

经过市场区域性的调整和政府的打压,房地产无可否认可以用“风平浪静“来形容,巴生谷一带的店屋可处于慢跑或滑落的状况,可是人不能无栖生之地,landed property 和 condominium 还是会有一定性的需求。
