10 years ago speakup used to post a lot festive greeting cards to friends & business partners. think speakup spend easily rm10/year on postage.

today speakup post 0 festive greeting cards. now all thru electronic greeting cards, cost speakup 0 in postage :-)

Thanks POS malaysia for raising postage indiscriminately, that's why speakup dont use you anymore.

Yes, mailing letters & cards are declining due to E greeting cards.

But delivery of physical gifts, packages & parcels will increase. Later POS will deliver food like Pizza Hut & also vegetables & groceries like RED MART of Singapore.

The market is big and the pie is huge

i believe courier services will be getting bigger. normal postage will continue to be going down.

this is natural evolution. if pos increase tariffs...courier charges will also go up.

that day when i was at pos malaysia to send parcel to my son online customers than i realized that pos malaysia monopolized this business .
