I think this year, Benalec will improve tremendously because they have more prime land available for sale in melaka.

In addition, the business from Tanjung Piai will pick up and Tg pengerang is on its on the way.

Thus Benalec current depress price will recover back to rm 0.60 to rm 0.70 level going forward.
