Should IGP explain why this witness statement not recorded?
Substandard investigation?
I.O not competent?
Supervisor sleeping?
Officer In Charge of Crime Investigation didn't know it was case of interest?
Why CID Director so indifferent?
Why IGP of the day not giving PC to clarify matter pertaining to the murder?

A lot of why, why and why need to address to.
Present IGP will have hard time to explain..............
