Asset rich? Genting is asset rich too, but price fell from RM7 to RM5.70 now. Mah Sing is cash rich too, but dropped from RM0.90 to RM0.75 today.

But now that China medical FDI has bought 53 acres lands in Bandar Springhill for Rm1.5 millions an acre (1,000% increased profit from cost) other China FDI might find their way here as well

Plus Gamuda paid over Rm1 millions per acre here for New Data Centers will increase the balance freehold lands of over 620 acres remaining industrial lands in Bandar Springhill

Muiprop has an intrinsic value of over Rm1.00 and so 36.5 sen current price still undemanding
