Hahahaha EngineeringProfit,
Hadi and PAS are grateful with what they have now by winning Kelantan and Terengganu in GE14 with Tun M help and they are now supporting Tun M. And without the late tok guru Nik Aziz watching over them they are now enjoying “Darul Naim” yang bererti negeri kesenangan atau kenikmatan.
https://kadirjasin.blogspot.com/2020/01/kuda-besi-buatan-jerman-demi-kesenangan.html

Thank you
P/S: Only two faces Azmin is not grateful for what he have because he want to be PM.

the importance of moral and ethics is not easy to see until people have lost them completely.......then, they can start all over again after a period of chaos..................

in any place, no need moral and ethics to have good fun for a short period of time......

tax cuts for wall street , FED printing money, surely voters will be happy as their eyes are glued on the Dow Index.........

Dear Sslee,

And he ought to be grateful for having some many ppl share his belief that the celestial dictator had written his words 2 millennia ago in a language that the new gen have to be forced to study so hard to comprehend!

Yet all these make sense to his blind followers! And yet he is still greedy for more political powers - least grateful!!

Dear EngineeringProfit,
https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/bahasa/2020/02/06/pakatan-nasional-hanya-polemik-politik-kata-umno/
Beliau mengulas spekulasi pakatan politik baru bergelar Pakatan Nasional antara PPBM pimpinan Dr Mahathir Mohamad dengan PAS dan Umno yang menjalin kerjasama politik melalui inisiatif Muafakat Nasional.

A comment from Sabahan:
On Vernacular schools (Peninsula Malaysia).
My sincere apology to SS Lee and parents (especially moderate Muslims in Peninsula Malaysia, eg. KL and other towns), for thinking that national schools in Peninsula Malaysia are similar to those in Sabah. I was indeed wrong to think as such, as I notice that the main reason why parents keep sending their kids to vernacular Chinese schools is mainly to escape the Taliban-like atmosphere in national schools on the Peninsula.

As such, until this problem is resolved, I see no reason why vernacular schools on the Peninsula should not continue to operate. They get my full support, in that case. But it is frightening and an eye-opener for Sabahans like me. The thing is… we don’t have this issue in Sabah. Religious fanatics is like 0.0000000001 per cent of the Muslim population. PAS is laughed at everywhere they go in Sabah (yes, they have tried this..), as no one let them into their house. And perhaps, just a coincidence, we don’t have Malays in Sabah. The closest is UMNO, and now PPBM. But these are merely names in politics, that’s all. So, maybe that’s the simple reason why religious fanaticism does not exist at all (unlike the Peninsula).

So Sabah and Sarawak will save Malaysia from PAS. The only thing that can destroy Malaysia is the ungratefulness and greedy politicians from PPBM, PKR, Amanah, DAP and Warisan.

Thank you

Thank you for your answer, Sslee. I have always feel that we Borneans are the real hope for Msia fuure, provided our leaders choose to be on the side of the angels.

Yes, qqq3. Most pheomena, practices and fashion are cyclical. And good things tend to be more noticeable when they got taken away.

On the other hand, philosophy from Tao Te Ching:

The wise person acts but does not take credit. Leads, but does not rule. The wise person leads by remaining in the background.

Use convention to govern a state, use surprise in waging war, use disinterest to take the world. How do I know this is so? When there are many taboos in the world, the people grow poorer and poorer. When the people have many weapons, the nation grows more benighted. When the people are very crafty, weird things arise more and more. The greater the articulation of rules of law, the more brigands and outlaws there are. Therefore a wise rulers says, “If I contrive nothing, the people will naturally be civilized. If I am fond of tranquility, the people will naturally be upright. If I am disinterested, the people will naturally become rich. If I want not to want, the people will naturally be innocent.

Therefore a sage has said, 'I will do nothing (of purpose), and the people will be transformed of themselves (why need jakim??). Therefore the sage, while he never does what is great, is able on that account to accomplish the greatest things.

The Master, by residing in the Tao,
sets an example for all beings.
Because he doesn't display himself,
people can see his light.
Because he has nothing to prove,
people can trust his words.
Because he doesn't know who he is,
people recognize themselves in him.
Because he has no goal in mind,
everything he does succeeds.
(see why devil sects have no real master)

One who practices virtue and selflessness should not hold any particular idea in his mind about how to fulfill his virtue, for virtue is the very nature of one's being.

Highly evolved people have their own conscience as pure law. (All anak-anak Malaysia must be given real education to help the to grow up right - able to think and act by their own conscience - far from any immature, delusions or herd mentality)

Fill your bowl to the brim and it will spill,
Keep sharpening your knife and it will be blunt
Care about people's approval and you will be their prisoner.
(Hope PH pm should execute the right reforms fearlessly)

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Lao Tzu. "Just try to make sure that you step in the right direction. (Recycling old discriminatory/bigotry/divisive policies do not count)

Finally, a man can achieve his own happiness only by pursuing the happiness of others.

Dear all,
The ability to think clearly, rationally and critically is the foundation of democracy. The proper functioning of a liberal democracy requires citizens who can think critically, clearly and rationally about social issues to inform their judgments about proper governance and to overcome biases and prejudice.
Unfortunately education had failed us on these scores hence we now have brainless zombies following his cult master every commands without questioning as though his cult master cannot do any wrong and beyond criticism.

Thank you

Dear all,
Totally agree with EngineeringProfit, when I first become father what I thought is on how to raise a family? You need to become a grandfather and holding your grandchildren to rethink what is happiness and what is important to this nation/world.

When we get older, we will think differently but not so for Mr. Koon

Thank you

Dear Sslee,

For the love of Malaysia, I don't feel defeating the more evil in the last GE is everything. It just gave us a chance to reform. Yet nothing solid happens.(The time is now....)

Hence this is the time when weol ought to be far from feeling gratefully complacent, or passively happy. Again, it just gave us a second chance to do the right thing for a deteriorating nation. Yet recycling of proven failed policies and practices happens.(When ppl tell us to be grateful.....)

It is high time (squandered by the ex-minister who fail big time up unwith zero insights) to lead a new era of muual responsibility in education - one where we all come together for the sake of anak-anak Malaysias success. Our school curricula and its calendar fail to adapt to the needs of the 21st century. This ailing education system has been responsible to produce majority of our teachers. (Responsible funding)

We must redesign school organisations so that they better support student and teacher learning of STEM-related stuff, keeping them far from being a preaching ground for what-so-ever delusional stuff. (Do no harm.......keep delusions at bay)

Even the whole gomen from top down to local councils are lack of good principles......

.....that a supposedly servant leader turns into self-serving kleptocrat

.....that even a supposedly benevolent local council/governing body of supposedly local ppl - meant for the betterment, blissfulness and convenience of local ppl- supposed to be run by the local ppl.....could turn the table and sue the local resident for his or her expression of love and compassion towards man's best friends - Canis lupus familiaris.

How ridiculous, thoughtless and merciless! Where is the sense of humanism? Total failure of education, not

Posted by EngineeringProfit > 2020-02-08 10:42 | Report Abuse

Failure to emphasize, teach and nurture humanism in all national schools.

Why 21st century schools should focus on humanism?

Humanism focuses on human beings being free to act and control their own destinies. It centers on human values, interests, capacities, needs, worth, and dignity. It is a belief that people have an unlimited potential for growth and development and that they are inherently good. Individuals have the ability to determine for themselves truth and falsehood through rational and empirical thought. Learning refers to the acquisition of new knowledge, behaviors, skills, and values through a process of study, practice, and/or experience. It is a “process by which behavior is changed, shaped, or controlled”

(Versus rote learning and delusional brain washing by bodoh sombong know-everything fake gurus of the current advanced-knowledge-based era)

"I know that I know nothing" (Socratic paradox)
