not ethical to go against the wishes of customers who want refund, interest free credit.

at same time, seek low interest loan from gov, public money

If can no need to refund.
Just imagine every transactions cost Rm 10 to process, it will cost the airline a lot of monies.

If customer insist to refund, then charge 1% processing fees with minimum Rm 10 cost to cover cost of processing.

Just remember how many planes was grounded and how airline staffs taking pay cut to survive the crisis. Why are you so calculative in wanting the refund instead of credit in your account for future purchase of your flight tickets?
