Antony Blinken must be the most arrogant person in this world. Remember what did he tell Chinese top diplomat in Anchorage when he was first appointed as Secretary of State? He said he was telling from position of strength, trying to coerce China into submission on Hongkong and Xinjiang matters. He has no authority to tell something beyond his jurisdiction, he does not represent US govt. Don't believe someone with no credibility and not trustworthy.
