Just need to assign a figure to each category to be better represented.

Define Top 10% as those who can afford to stay in big house and unlimited overseas travel where and when they like.

Define Lower Top 10% as those who can afford to stay in million ringgit condo or landed house. Can go overseas trip at least twice a year and unlimited local travel for the whole family.

Define Upper Middle (I) 10% as those who can afford to stay in million ringgit condo or landed house. Can go overseas trip at least once a year and several local travel for the whole family.

Define Upper Middle (II) 10% as those who can afford to stay in at least a double storey house or a standard condo unit. Occasionally overseas trip for husband and wife.

Define Mid Middle 10% as those who can afford to stay in a double storey house or at least a single storey house.

Define Lower Middle 10% as those who can afford to stay in a single sorey house or a PRR.

Up to you to figure out the rest of B40.

classify citizens based on income, or race, or gender or religion is discriminatory double standard, like apartheid no difference. Law should be fair and standard applicable to all regardless of all social class
