Initially, I dont believe there is such a good deal without having to have capital, and also the Directors sold their 1st batch of shares. They took up 2nd batch give me a little confidence.

From Botak's explanation, I think it is workable. I took it as he not sign real agreement yet is bec if he could not find manufacturers in time to fulfil the deal, then Ucrest might have to pay compensation.

If he is successful, all of us can laugh to the Banks already.
