Sedania and Dataprep did not issue false statements and did not give any Facebook Live presentations. Sedania and Dataprep did not break the law. Ucrest broke the law

Nobody coitize Dataprep for their price up must higher, for nothing, so why should we here?

because the vaccines are produced in China, most likely RDIF will buy directly from china to bypass ucrest, thus ,there is no need for ucrest to possess any license.

ucrest is obliged to supervise and manage the manufacturers in china and earns their mgt fee in return .....just because they can communicate in mandarin to facilitate the Russia who cant speak mandarin..... do you believe this is the reason or just a shenanigan ?

As said, Sedania and Dataprep are different. It's a situation of gamblers buying and selling among themselves. The number of shares are limited.

Ucrest has taken advantage of the relaxation of private placement issuance percentage from 10% to 30%. They just want to dump 100-200M PP and ESOS shares, both in Ucrest and Key Asic.

Ucrest get China companies who has the licence to manufacture so not against the law; the vaccines send direct from China to Russia, not through Ucrest. Ucrest has related medic licence, if Bursa can accept their answer, why look for stone in egg? It is not our job to investigate. Just relax and enjoy the show.

So, the import and export licences and custom documentations will just show RDIF and China manufacturers? So what's the role Ucrest?

With a staff strength of 10 (3 Malays, 7 Indians from India), none of them is fluent in Russian or Mandarin, what exactly can they do?

China manufacturers will stated that the vaccines are from Ucrest, they will not put their name there. Even sellers in shopee also can ask the source to put their name as sender and sellers. No big deal, you don't seems to understand how they work.

strictly, the vaccine cannot be said to be produced by Ucrest. you are required to put down the source of where it is made eg. made in china even though the name of the manufacturer is not disclosed such as " Apple " or Samsung "

you can outsource in any part of the world but you must state the source of manufacture. If the USA sees the product is made in China, sanction or economic warfare will be conducted.

I already said, this is buying vaccines from Ucrest, but how Ucrest can fulfil their requirements is not the concern of RDIF.
