Correction to my previous post. This is not a middle man, but Ucrest will be selling vaccines to Russia. Instead of doing it, Botak get China manufactures to do it, could be he could not find suitable one in Malaysia and it is cheaper to do it in China. Many companies in US is doing that like Apple.

It depends on how the market take it, if majority believe it will be successful then price of share will go up. Don't need to fight.

1) Ucrest Board of Directors (in the plural form implying jointly and severally), when is the date of commencement of each agreement? (Please take your time to think carefully before you answer. Remember what happened on the 18th of May 2021 at 8pm)

3) One of the key elements of an agreement is consideration. Without that key element, the agreement is null and void. So, tell us, what is the price of the vaccines?

until the formal agreement with RDIF is signed, no sure if RDIF will buy directly from china Manufacturers or Ucrest. No transparency is bad to the corporate and the investors

If buy from Ucrest, there would be tax implications and/or regulations and licensing issues.From what was announced yesterday, it is unlikely that it is purchased from the company .Until the picture is clearer , Ucrest still functions as a middleman.
