obviously some ppl here are trying to create panic into selling the stock, ppl are seeing this stock as a very potential one, hence spreading fake rumours around so they can buy low
It's subjective. Deemed to be valuable only if the company is going for listing or those sorts since PUC got it at attractive valuation. It's just 33% of PW although they could equity account for it but ppl will adjust for the EPS
Frankly speaking, i agree with Jenova. Getting free meat from PW is the main agenda. Ewallet is not a day one product. I believe MD wanna to launch Presto just to diversify his IT business.
Got renewable energy biz Got advertising & media biz Got E-commerce & E-wallet biz Got PW guarantee profit back up Got CCC & his management team runing the biz
Believe that, PuC will having bright future! All the best! Be confident & be patient!
PUC has the backing of a great CEO who has had a good track record in PW which is a tech company. WeChat has been mentioned a lot on this forum, if this it to be true there are 20m WeChat users already in Malaysia. If they can team up with WeChat then they will have a solid database to help with the E-Wallet and the Presto app.
The biggest selling point is PW which PUC will have 33% ownership with assurance from CCC that the profits will be at least 14.8m for 2018 and 20.5m by FY19. This will straight away boost up the profits in PUC which is great considering PUC had net profits of 2.67M in 2016FY. Quite a nice boost for PUC.
I also believe if PW was to ever list then then PUC will have just bought PW for a big discount considering a while ago CCC said he estimated the target value of PW to be RM4.2 Billion if he was to list. The valuation is a bit high in my opinion but even if the value for PW was RM 500M PUC just bought 33% of that for RM 52.8M.....
I like the new CEO who has a good track record and if the rumours of Wechat are true plus with the PW acquisition PUC has a great future ahead.
Invest at your own risk, do your own research but I am in for the long journey.
This is a dying star ! Why ppl still hanging around ?? Should go to other green pasture, glass here already dying !!! This plant only blooming once a year, something 2 years also no flowering !!!
Thursday panic selling gave opportunity to others for accumulations. It is history, lets look forward while the current price is still considered a good buy. Nimble slowly and accumulate gradually....... At the end, the results will speak by itself.
Seriously ladies and gentleman, If this thread is headed other than PUC, please respect the people here and limit discussions to PUC. Just because a company has so many competitors does not automatically mean that they will fail. Try telling that to Tesla CEO Elon Musk if you say so many others are doing electric cars etc. Look at the management of PUC, the MD has a passion for this and is willing to stick his neck out and sell shares in a company he has mentioned was approached by several players to PUC. Give him the benefit of doubt but if you want to exit this stock, do so gracefully and if you made money, congrats and if you lost money, well, join the club as we all have lost and gain. All the best beating the market everyone.
For all those e-wallet companies, where are them going to compete? Inside the small kampung of Malaysia, right? For PUC, if you study the existing market of Pictureworks, and where the CEO is coming from, where are the current footprints of his existing business empire, I don't think PUC ambition is just within the small kampung only. That is the different.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Walaoleh drop like no tomorrow. Peoples easily forgotten. I mean the deal with Pitureworks price on 0.32. No logic to drop at this extend.
