Something big is brewing...
Within 2 days 2 Director is resigning...
Not sure is good thing or bad thing...

New director will be appointed soon? From Enovix? Or appoint new director with more professional background? As now YBS will be mainly liaise with Enovix this type of Nasdaq company, so it may need a professional management team which able to handle those Fortune 200 global clients.
Or instead of appoint YBS as sub-contractor, ENOVIX plan to direct acquired YBS?

1. Share price PRESSED DOWN
2. Batteries are produced by the agility line since Q2 and shipped to customers for testing....
3. MD reiterated in his interview that Q3 and Q4 revenue from batteries will be substantially higher than 1H2024.....

I think they purposely press down the price for private placement.
After PP done, the share price will back on track.
So Aug/Sep 2024 is the last month to collect cheap ticket. Once PP is complete, and once ENOVIX start receiving order for its battery production, then YBS will shoot up to RM1.50.

USD100mil investment = RM450mil investment.
Assume ROI is 8-10%, then we can expecting YBS to generate RM40mil - RM45mil net profit per annum.
If YBS really can achieve this profit, then YBS market capital should be at least RM800-900mil (based on 20 PE)

wow, share price retreated to Feb 2024 level.. very hard to analyse this stock. its customer is said to be investing billions, benefitting YBS.. on another hand, ED resigned at the same time when they originally are agreeable to be reelected. and so far, past results.. still in the red. this coming results....... we shall see.

According to MD during various interviews, units of enovix batteries produced by ybs will be billed even if its for customers testing purposes... ybs have been producing these batteries since q2 with the agility line....
