My personal experience - have been holding this counter for many years. Give the company more money thru its' rights issue. Business never pick up, always lose money. I can tell you it's hopeless. No jalan anymore.

Hi Ambe,

If anyone buy into this counter, I believe they are newbies, attracted by the high volumes, so called cheap prices and also noisy forum yelling a buy. I knew of a remixer asking his client to buy too.

Now, basic in investing, never buy into losing money companies. As newbies, go for simple blue chips or good fundamental stocks. Don't know which one, ask someone experienced and trustworthy.

Next basic in trading, buy at support, with confirmation of buy signals. As newbies, do to go to over speculative counters. Those so called hot stocks below 50cents, many below 20cents. Those are for syndicates to trap newbies, gamblers and many greedy punters. Most of the time, we will become their meals.

Learn both basic ... Fundamentals, looking into positive cashflows and those giving dividends consistently.

For technical, learn about support and resistance. Remember to plan with RRR. Entry, stop, profit taking.

But I could not advise anyone what to do with their stocks. One need to learn to decide.

I will take time if anyone want to learn. We gain knowledge and experiences first before we go into markets. It is too risky for newbies.

Buy mother share at RM0.01 and WB at RM0.05. It worth to e daring. The price target Mother RM.015 to RM0.03 WB RM0.01 to RM0.015. Once target reached run for your life. To capitalize on the scenario wait for adverse announcement ...soon.

what i know is any potential sponsors will only agree on sponsorship if they know the cos regularisation plan.A friend in asiaep says there is a strong possibilty that the sponsor will be found in the next few days and the delisting deferred,they have the regularisation in place from what i hear.if they delist they will lose a lot

A bunch of legal thieves. They also sapu all the monies from the rights issue a couple of years ago and steered the company into tongsan.

the only good news is the ctr will be suspended but not delisted they have already appealed so bursa will defer the delisting

We refer to the company’s First Announcement pursuant to Guidance Note 3 (“GN3”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”) ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) dated 17 May 2012.

One of the obligations as a GN3 Company is to appoint a sponsor within 3 months from the
above-mentioned date. As announced on 17 August 2012, the Company had applied to Bursa seeking an extension of time for appointing a Sponsor. Bursa had on 13 September 2012 rejected the Company’s application.

In this circumstances and pursuant to Rule 8.04(5) of the ACE LR, the company wishes to announce that:-

(a) the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended with effect from 24 September 2012; and

(b) the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 26 September 2012 unless an appeal is submitted to Bursa on or before 21 September 2012 (“the Appeal Timeframe”). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa.
