SC should come out with a ruling that all PN17 company apart of their compulsory monthly announcement, the company have to disclose the progress or stages of the companty initiative to regularized its financial conditions...who they approached and what are the outcome. This will help the investors to evaluate or gauge how serious the Board are doing their best of regularized their financial position. Do not wait until SC issue a letter of intend suspension and delisting. Such sudden letter will impact on prices and the innocent investors will be caught off-guard..and have heavy losses. I hope SC reads this forum...

The co. will be suspended on the 24th and delisted on the 26th if no appeal is done today. Any appeal done after this date will NOT be considered. Effectively, today is the last trading day. Suspension on the 24th I think means from 9.00AM.

You are now the shareholders of a private company. Good luck.

KAF was appointted as sponsor and appeal submitted today. delisting pending bursa decision. Given that the appeal was submitted by the Company within the Appeal Timeframe, the removal of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 26 September 2012 shall be deferred pending the decision from Bursa Securities.

Not too long ago it was reported that there was a tussle to take over the company but the attempt failed but soon after that episode,the company faced this problem of being delisted....could it be a con attempt by 'friends' of the directors??

Ya, they said they know how to run the company. They said they have the interest of the company at heart. They asked for money we gave them through the rights issue. All vapourised. But if you look at the annual report, someone earns big pay. God knows what other perks - BMWs, holiday in the Maldives, etc, etc. I've written off this investment (no it's not an investment, it's a nightmare). The tussle earlier could have been a staged pantomime. We can't figure out for sure, after all with so many opera staged, the klse is like the West End. Let this rust at the bottom of the ocean.
