All that transfer to main board all like that. Look at digista, Amedia if I am not mistaken. 2 years in the dumps.

Base on the pass few year record and lately Agm increase of Authorised capital clearly shows and strongly believe very soon bonus will be declared ,but all not mean the share price to be flied as it will depend all on company prospect and the syndicate ???

Eric29, cocodiethanolamine, is the foam booster mentioned below which I copy and paste from the stock business background. Karyon WAS one of the premium foam manufacturer until some serious issue with top management.

"oleochemical, which include manufacturing of foam booster, concentrated paste, washing detergent and shampoo"

Having said that, I only know this sector sucks, and I do not know if their other business is doing well or not.

"KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 13): Automotive air-conditioning parts and accessories manufacturer Autoair Holdings Bhd (Autoair) ( Financial Dashboard) sees Karyon Industries Bhd (Karyon)’s chairman Loh Chen Yook emerged as one of its substantial shareholders.

According to a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Loh comes to own a deemed interest of 13.64% or 6 million shares in Autoair following his acquisition of shares in Galactrans Sdn Bhd today.

Loh, who was a veteran in the property development sector, was also the managing director of Perduren (M) Bhd (Perduren) ( Financial Dashboard) until Mar 31 this year. He resigned from Perduren citing that he needed more time to attend to his “other personal commitments”.

As a PN17 company, Autoair has up to Nov 15, 2014 to submit its regularisation plan.

Autoair closed unchanged at 12 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of just RM5.28 million."

Why is this karyon supporting this losing PN17 company? Or is it a trick to get away with all the investors money and shift it to this company? If you see the changes in shareholding (director), more weird things you'll find out there, selling and acquiring one another in the family.
