Report is positive, just that we don't know what things are going there, future, etc. So just wait and see for their next announcement. Perhaps if there's any staff over there to enlighten us what is going on there?

My guess is that after the price adjustment tomorrow 25th Nov bonus issue, the price will go up because of the dividend provided on 28th Nov. Whenever it goes up to a certain rate, the major shareholder family would start disposing the shares again and repurchase at a lower price.

Today and tomorrow should be a good buy. Lets see how it goes.

The Board of Directors of KIB (“Board”) wishes to announce that KMSB, which is not a major subsidiary of KIB and contributed only approximately 11% of KIB’s unaudited consolidated total assets as at 31 December 2014, has been in a loss making position since the financial year ended 31 December 2014.
In view of the above and to prevent incurring any further losses, the Board had on 27 March 2015, resolved to cease all operations of KMSB with effect from 31 March 2015. Notwithstanding that, KMSB will proceed to resolve on-going business arrangements executed/committed with customers and/or suppliers prior to 27 March 2015 (if any) accordingly.
The cessation of all operations of KMSB is not expected to have any material financial and/or operational impact on KIB and its other subsidiaries.

consumer sector, good business when major public holiday is coming.. like Raya.. just wait for next week or next 2weeks.. sure shoot up 20% at least.. nett profit also increase by 33.33% from dec 2014 till march 2015.. well, if u look annually it decrease but that is before may/june 2014.. that period is a problem.. but after that, profit increases..
