Investment banking no CFA you will just be a kuli and your higher ups will only take credit on behalf of your work. That's why have to get this qualification in order to promote.

Vsolar wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU pertaining to the MOU between Vsolar and AT Glove.

What is it they implying here? They already gotten the job right?

Just want to understand the purpose of the announcement.

Means for the MOU signed nothing has been done yet. So I make Bursa announcement to update all of you the progress that's all. If not mistaken this MOU macam have validity date till June 2021. "No material development" means as in both parties haven't make up their mind whether to go ahead or to terminate. If too hard to understand, then basically is saying nothing happen yet haha
