The MD cum CEO of Asdion is kiasu culprit. Company very shui when he is there since many years ago. Why is he still in this company? He drives truck or carries sand bag? How much profit he made for company this month? Last month? Ok be fair, last 6 months? Shall we ask him how much lost he cause company last month, or last 6 months? Good thing when comes to him also turn bad. A day ran by coward, attract cowards. Ask him for the results, it reflex in the share price.

Sudah satu bulan beli sikit saham. Minggu lalu baru tahu ada tipu helah di anak syarikat logistik tapi sudah lambat. Rugi wang bukan sebab business tak bagus tapi di curi Dan di alih keluar dari syarikat! Teman KPC di Kuantan semua tahu ini CBD serious!! Tidak ada berani cakap.

Bila di tanya, semua orang port pun tahu. Siapa dekat mati cepat, rugi saham beli di harga tinggi.

Cakap KPC crew. Ada konflik tipu dan pencuri di syarikat logistik dari PLC, buta pun tahu. Wang beli syarikat logistik, bayar siapa, untung syarikat di mana? Semua pelabur di tipu. Semua yang terlibat ingat tipu wang syarikat masuk poket perompak di anak syarikat kerabat syurga tak perlu di hukum? Agung pun tidak boleh jaga anak kalau salah di undang undang.

Benar ke customer tidak bayar anak syarikat Asdion logistik secara langsung semua bayaran termasuk contractor, KPC stock pile dan lain2 harus ikut matlamat Asdion secara grup, seperti syarikat lain? Ada berita anak syarikat logistik guna contractor luar bahkan Asdion grup sudah ada alat2 di anak syarikat sendiri, dan wang di seluduh keluar bayar stockpile yang punya Asdion ditukar kontrak dan guna contractor luar supaya senang ambil wang, penipuan bisnis PLC salah di sisi undang2. Ini juga adalah RPT, hukum penjara sepuluh tahun! Ikut berita KPC wang di Anak syarikat logistik di bayar keluar cara RPT buat akaun palsu dan tipu wang cari alasan cos tinggi masuk akaun director anak syarikat sampai buat rugi, bahkan contractor dan stockpile anak syarikat logistik di ambil untung diluar syarikat. Tambah sepuluh tahun penjara. Kalau semua benar tidak hairan tipu wang PLC sampai rugi besar. Ini bukan syarikat peribadi. Orang KPC yang tukar kontrak semua di siasat, lembaga IJM sudah buka kes. Bursa masih tidur dengar cerita donggeng. Siapa yang masih ada di lembaga Asdion yang seluduh bisnis dan wang guna anak syarikat logistik akan disoal Bursa. Kalau masih ahli lembaga di Asdion tambah lagi 10 tahun penjara breach of fiduciary and statutory duty. Kesian anak2 tamak merompak di PLC, itu bukan sekedar suka hati, mati pasti. Habis saham kalau tidak ada profit lagi, tambah lagi 10 tahun penjara.

Give these guys a chance. If they go in peace from PLC and do proper work in subsidiary, as long no more abuses from last reported quarter in June 2015 onward, nothing could went wrong.

I think all the board of directors would need to sign full resolution for anything, be it buy or sell motorcycle or dormant company. Regulator may give chance. So don't need to worry. One day share will goes up again.

Anything people do, answer to their own god.
