Those involved includes fabrication of paper and excuses to siphon contracts and business working together with potential port officers, and may involved abuse of power by inducing port authority officer for selective parties personal benefits in entire money looting excercises, violated Asdion and public benefits. All these business are under Taz Logistic and siphoned to Taz Metal and stolen goods further being siphoned to other companies for disguise. Where port officer being hault macc told everything. Some names such as Bestari Capital and Cik Wan Abdullah, and few others corrupted were named. Repeated crime could be inprisonment. Especially bribery and abuse of power, are deem death penalty in certain country. Investors lost money and publoc listed rules were violated, looking at serious recovery and claim of damages from the culprits by authority. Heard 2 weeks snap and capture because of the seriousness involves plc.

Taken money yet geedy took away public company business will face public prosecution. Authority is under pressure to be answerable to public.

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 2): Asdion Bhd ( Valuation: 0.00, Fundamental: 1.35), now officially branching out to shipping business, is applying for a new licence of stock yard lease from Kuantan Port Consortium Sdn Bhd. This came after a legal drama brewing with the former major shareholder of the logistics company Asdion acquired, who was accused of breaching fiduciary duties.

"We have taken all the necessary steps for the renewal (of stock yard permit). The licensing is not an issue, it is subject to a year-to-year renewal," said Asdion's 51%-owned Taz Logistics Sdn Bhd's executive director Jason Mimos anak Peter at Asdion's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) today.

Neither Jason nor Asdion board members wanted to elaborate on the legal proceedings the company took against Taz Logistics' former chief executive officer and major shareholder Datuk Mohamed Ridzuan Mohd Nor, along with the company's three ex-directors who resigned from the company.

"That will be dealt later; it is too early to comment," Jason said.

Last week, Asdion reported to Bursa Malaysia that it has commenced legal proceedings against Mohd Ridzuan and the other ex-directors, one of which is former Deputy Transport Minister Tan Sri Tengku Azlan ibni Sultan Abu Bakar, to seek compensation for damage and losses these parties had caused.

The stock yards leased under Taz Logistics, which Asdion said was "an important component of the business", were terminated. Asdion then suspected the new leases were held under a company linked to Mohd Ridzuan, who is also the son of Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop.

Asdion's executive vice chairman Mohamad Farid Mohd Yusof chimed in to say there could be a negative impact to Asdion's financials arising from this issue.

Asdion's shares have been on a downtrend this past week after announcing the legal suit. At 11:49 am today, it was traded five sen or 8.13% lower at 56.5 sen. Just last week, the shares were valued in the range of 75 sen apiece.

Tak banyak. Clean up the criminals confiscate and freeze personal bank account only. IRB officer loves it when comes to money siphoning. Kecil je tak ada masalah. Tipu wang sahaja. Small problem what, the culprits never take it seriously and still on the run. As long plc in the lost, their days are numbered. Chinaman you are correct, Sultan brother, not Sultan. Doesn't mean he can rob and cheat public listed company above law. The fish is big but empty inside else won't cheat public listed company. Big fish would cheat big government if they want to cheat. Facts remain, public listed company lost money and no way the cheaters can honor profits as they breach director duty and did not deliver results, worst off, took money and yet steal business. Bursa has balls better look at the facts using heart than their blind eyes.

Kementerian Pengangkutan akan mengkaji semula kaedah mengangkut bauksit menerusi darat dan laut di Kuantan yang kini dibantah secara meluas penduduk di sekitar kawasan perlombongan itu, kata Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

Menteri pengangkutan itu dilaporkan Utusan Malaysia hari ini berkata, kajian itu akan dilaksanakan susulan arahan Kabinet agar aktiviti perlombongan bauksit dihentikan buat sementara.

"Kita tahu ini satu isu yang perlu dikaji dari segi cara perlombongan yang lestari kerana kalau kita menggunakan cara sekarang, tidak selamat dan mencemar kawasan kita.

"Sebab itulah kita kaji bukan sahaja dari segi perlombongan tetapi pengangkutan juga, sebab bauksit halus ini ringan dan terbang dan menyebabkan seluruh kawasan menjadi merah," beliau dipetik berkata.

Sementara itu, laporan sama menyebut Kabinet memutuskan aktiviti perlombongan bauksit di Pahang dihentikan buat sementara dan langkah itu disifatkan tepat.

Bagaimana pun, akhbar itu tidak menyebut siapa yang mengulas langkah itu sebagai tindakan yang tepat.

Beberapa hari lepas, PKR menggesa Putrajaya campur tangan dalam isu bauksit di Kuantan dan membekukan semua lesen syarikat berkaitan dengan segera.

Ketua Penerangan Pemuda PKR Lee Chean Chung berkata, tindakan tegas perlu diambil memandangkan kerajaan Pahang seolah-olah tidak menyelesaikan isu tersebut.

Sebelum itu, pada 29 Disember, Bernama melaporkan air Sungai Balok dan pantai berhampiran bertukar warna seakan-akan merah dipercayai dicemari bahan galian bauksit selepas hujan lebat seharian.

Kedua-dua pelombong bauksit sah dan tidak sah menjadi kebimbangan disebabkan permintaan tinggi dari China dan Menteri Besar Pahang Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob dikritik kerana lambat menangani perlombongan tidak terkawal dan pencemaran yang dihasilkan.

Pada 7 Disember lalu Adnan berkata, Kementerian Sumber Asli dan Alam Sekitar serta kerajaan negeri akan mengumumkan pelan bersama menangani aktiviti perlombongan di negeri itu menjelang akhir bulan itu.

Pada November, satu petisyen ditandatangani 2,400 penduduk Kuantan menyeru semua aktiviti perlombongan bauksit dihentikan dibawa untuk perbahasan di Dewan Rakyat tetapi ditolak Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia. – 2 Januari
