今天 (2/12)，ORION再放量上涨2.5仙闭市于17.5仙；1月至今已大涨65%！让我们回顾上个月举办的企业汇报，到底有什么惊人的成长故事可以使这支股票脱胎换骨？

✔️ 银行体系将在未来5-10年内出现改革，变得比以往更有效率及更快；举例，假设要转账RM50,000，银行一般上会提问非常多问题，而且需要不少步骤才能完成；未来，金融科技 (Fintech) 将成为大趋势之一，解决以上这些问题。

✔️ 去年10月与Sukaniaga签署技术服务协议，将为Angkasa提供贷款管理系统，命名为MyAzZahra，长达15年期限；后者旗下拥有14,000个Koperasi，410个信贷Koperasi，每年批出总值RM24b的贷款。

✔️ ORION持有Sukaniaga的10%股权，目前正收购额外的10%；将在本周五 (1/25) 正式推出MyAzZahra系统，也称为金融交易管理系统 (Financial Transaction Management System) ，包含大数据、人工智能AI和区块链的技术，已获得大马财政部的支持。

✔️ 以往的审批贷款体系拥有不少弱点，包括缺乏透明度、出现欺诈行为、需要通过中间人处理、审批过程漫长、还要承担服务费等等；透过以上这个端到端 (End-to-End) 在线贷款申请和审核系统，整个贷款过程将变得非常简明。

✔️ 用户可自行在家中上载贷款所需文件，而不需要特地出门，48小时内就可完成整个贷款过程；Angkasa可从系统中了解贷款申请资料后，才采用工资扣除制度；国行BNM也可从系统中获取审批贷款的报告，避免出现任何欺诈；包括ORION在内，将形成4赢局面。

✔️ 第一阶段涉及B2C模式 – 在6个月内与12家Koperasi合作，预计可处理总值RM4b的贷款；Sukaniaga与Angkasa成立一家合资公司，股权比例为75%和25%，主要负责MyAzZahra系统的准证申请；将依据批准贷款金额，收取大约2%的手续费 (报告中写1.275%??)；第二阶段将涉及B2B模式 – 计划引入一些银行以及Koperasi委员会 (SKM)。

✔️ 除了以上业务，ORION也涉及电脑化维护管理软件 (CMMS)，主要专注于建筑物的系统管理；同时也涉及医院管理系统 (HIS)，主要为眼科诊所ISEC提供这项系统。

✔️ 预计金融交易管理系统可在FY19作出40%的贡献，其余60%则来自CMMS和HIS；管理层表示，根据CIMB研究所的报告，如果一切顺利进行，预计可录得介于RM6m和RM25m的盈利。

✔️ 愿景 (Vision) – 旗下系统可在未来3年处理累积120万份合格的贷款申请；使命 (Mission) – 成为东盟最优秀的金融科技 (Fintech) 企业。

✔️ 现阶段尝试进军菲律宾和印尼市场，希望未来可在当地复制MyAzZahra系统的业务模式。

总结，ORION是否能成为下一个Fintech巨头吗？作为一家改革和创新的科技企业，这家公司能否取得巨大成功仍未指数。即使成长故事说得那么动人，个人认为还是有不少隐忧。

ORION持有Sukaniaga的10%股权，而后者持有与Angkasa合资企业的75%；假设一年可处理高达RM2b的贷款，合资企业将获得RM40m的手续费 (2%) ，Sukaniaga分得其中的RM30m (75%) ，而集团仅获得RM6m (20%) 的营业额。(纯属个人了解，或许有误)

此外，ORION也目前在进行30%的私下配售计划，以筹集收购Sukaniaga额外10%股权；一旦完成后，虽然持有Sukaniaga的股权将从10%变成20%，但是股数却从599m增加至779m，每股盈利将被严重稀释。

Why I look here look there Orion very similar to 1 stock king I in 2014:

1. No of share: both also about 600m
2. Start to goreng from 0.105
3. Both start after announcement of government link project. Both fintech. "I" doing GST collection software for government.
4. Cumulative 4 q earning after start goreng was 30m for "I". Cimb estimated Orion can come to highest 29m for 2019.
5. Both also start from weak results. "I" only 421k. Orion 1m.
6. The same analyst, Cimb analyst covered both

One famous anei behind the rise of "I". I believe he is also behind Orion...Guess who...

"I" rose more than 1500%. How will Orion doing?

4. Cumulative 4 q earning after start goreng was 30m for "I". Cimb estimated Orion can come to highest 29m for 2019. (no track record for Orion.....how?)
5. Both also start from weak results. "I" only 421k. Orion 1m. (Their CMMS.....supposedly to deliver the profit guarantee of 7.5m/year? not achieved....how? Shareholders paid 73m in return for profit guarantee from CMMS business.....cannot smell to-date and now need extra funds to enter new business line to try to meet earlier unmet profit guarantee? )
6. The same analyst, Cimb analyst covered both (Nigel Foo?)

One famous anei behind the rise of "I". I believe he is also behind Orion...Guess who... (Brahmal through Creador?)

"I" rose more than 1500%. How will Orion doing? (500% can?)

Many factors decide the share price. Definitely Orion disadvantage in share holding spread. If just calculating base on mathematics, the progress of share price, let's say Orion price at 0.20 before q, the highest it can achieve is 1100% from 0.105.
